This work group plays a critical role in establishing CHAI as a trusted voice in health AI policy, influencing key legislative and regulatory decisions at the state, federal, and international levels

Q1 2025 - Q4 2025
Tasking
To co-develop policy positions, issue briefs and collaborate on a Health AI model bill, for the benefit of educational resources for congress and state policy teams.
Executive Steering Committee (Advisory and Oversight) – meeting quarterly for 1-2 hours to guide the overall strategy, ensure alignment with regulatory goals, and approve significant policy recommendations and publications.
Working Group (Creation and Engagement) – meeting once or twice a month to engage more deeply in drafting issue briefs, conducting research, and convening necessary stakeholders.
